      After you retain our broker, who is a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and a highly experienced REALTOR(R), she completes the valuation of your property.  She'll recommend the right listing strategy for your property, accompany your service providers (staging & pre-listing home inspection), work with photographer, and provide comprehensive market exposure.


      Behind the Scenes Work: Market exposure through the MLS, marketing, showings, brokers' open house.  Negotiate offers, repairs, and order HOA packet.  For market exposure, valued expertise, time, services, and sale of property.  Closing Fee $10,000
