One of my favorite excursions is to the Forest Farmer's Market walking Amos, my enthusiastic supporter of anything outdoors.       Aspire Realty is strategically located within a premier bookkeeping service in Lynchburg’s most exclusive mixed-use development, within walking distance to restaurants, retail, and luxury condos. 


      *ASPIREPro fees model is currently limited to subdivision listings in Forest, Virginia during the launch stage of this new business model

      "Pre-flight": Meet at office, $250 consultation fee, deductible from $5000 earned, non-refundable fee due at listing.

      "Flight planning":  Meet at office to discuss staging, valuation strategies, schedule professional photographer (not included in fee, required), and sign listing agreement. $4750 fee.


      "Red Carpet" concierge service through closing. $10,000 fee due at settlement.
