      *ASPIREPro fees model is currently limited to listing subdivision properties in Forest, Virginia and within the Cornerstone community during the launch stage of this new business model. Expansion to follow!


      *50% discount on the Boarding & Closing fees to list homes within walking distance of the office, discount based on time. (Does not apply to the consultation fee, nor business fees to third-party businesses).

      "Flight planning":  Discuss valuation and pricing strategies, set up staging, photography, and pre-listing home inspection, sign brokerage agency and listing agreement, list property details for the MLS, order HOA/POA packet.  "Boarding fee" for services due prior to publication in the MLS.


      "Red Carpet" concierge service through negotiations and closing. Closing fee for services due at settlement.


      *Seller pays individual business fees (Pre-Home Inspection, Staging, and other).
