"Planning Stage":  Our broker is a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor and completes valuation of your property in this stage. She will discuss listing strategies, accompany your service providers (staging* & pre-listing home inspection*), assist photographer, and provide market exposure thru a yard sign, social media, and the MLS. 

"Red Carpet Phase": Lots of phone calls & behind-the-scenes work, marketing, set up showings, order HOA packet, set up inspection, negotiation of offers, close out MLS listing, pick up sign, retain records required for state. For expertise, time, services, sale of property.  Closing Fee $10,000
