The only difficult decision will be deciding how to use what you save!

      *During the launch stage, the ASPIREPro fees model is limited to subdivision properties in Forest, Virginia and within walking distance of the Lynchburg office. 


      *75% discount on the Closing Fee for time and driving distance to list within walking distance of the office.

      "The Walk-Around":  View your property.  Sign agency agreement and listing agreement. $5000 advance non-refundable Planning Fee for expertise, market exposure, time and service for the steps in the planning stage.


      "Planning":  Broker completes valuation.  Discuss valuation & strategies, set up staging, photography, and pre-listing home inspection, property details for the MLS, edit photos and add captions, enter into MLS, sign in yard.


      "Red Carpet Conciege Service": $10,000 Closing Fee for expertise, time & services - set up showings, order HOA packet, set up inspection, negotiate offers.  Fee due at settlement.


      *Seller pays individual business fees (Pre-Home Inspector-required, Stager-required, Repairmen-may be required).
