      *Premium applies for properties located other than subdivisions in Forest, VA and in the office development.

      Planning Stage:  Our broker, a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), completes valuation of your property in this stage.  She'll recommend the right listing strategy for your property, accompany your service providers (staging & pre-listing home inspection), work with photographer, and provide comprehensive market exposure.


      Behind the Scenes Work:  Lots of phone calls, marketing, set up showings, order HOA packet, negotiate offers, negotiate repairs, if any. For expertise, time, services, and sale of property.  Closing Fee $10,000
