I'm Donna Fitch, Managing Broker for Aspire Realty, the only brokerage in the Commonwealth of Virginia where the fee is not dependent upon the real estate asset's value. What an awesome concept!

A little background:

I met a handsome senior ROTC cadet at UT-Knoxville 47 years ago. To my parents’ chagrin, I left a full ride to follow my pilot around the world during his first career, experiencing 6 years out of country in Asia and Europe, along with stateside in Knoxville TN, San Antonio and Wichita Falls TX, Alamogordo NM, Phoenix AZ, Panama City FL, Valdosta GA, and Williamsburg VA. before settling in beautiful Lynchburg VA.
As you might imagine, I could not work in several of these locations. Wanting to learn more about business and real estate to manage our rental properties, I took a couple classes in drafting (Wiregrass Community College), classes in design (UT-K), completed a finance degree (FSU), master’s in accounting (LU), certification in real estate development (Cornell U), along with REALTOR(R) and broker licensing, and attained the NAR Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR).
I’d established my own brokerage, Aspire Realty, prior to my husband’s decision to retire from his teaching career so June is a big month for both of us! June 2026 is move-in month in my most easily accessible location yet!
I occasionally teach aspiring business students in accounting, finance, and real estate courses as an adjunct professor.

The subdivisions in and around Cornerstone have a 65% discount on the Closing Fee for less time and distance, with total fees of $8500 (plus consultation fee). Savings range from $2000-$7000.
