I'm Donna Fitch, Broker of Aspire Realty, the only brokerage in Central Virginia where your cost to list is not dependent upon your property value. It’s a new concept in our region!

A little background on my knowledge of architecture, construction, property management, commercial and residential real estate:

47 years ago, I followed my husband from UT-Knoxville to San Antonio and Wichita Falls, Alamogordo, Phoenix, Panama City, Valdosta, Williamsburg and Lynchburg, and 6 years total in Japan and Europe. We purchased or built homes, which I later sold or managed as rentals.
With a future project in mind, what I learned from the developer through the Cornell U certification in Real Estate Development was gold! Along with REALTOR(R) and broker licensing. my related business degrees are in finance (FSU), and a master’s in accounting (LU).
As Fitch Commercial LLC, I previously specialized in commercial for Small Business Owners and handled their residential transactions.
