A little background on my knowledge of architecture, construction, property management, commercial and residential real estate:

47 years ago, I followed my pilot from UT-Knoxville to San Antonio and Wichita Falls, Alamogordo, Phoenix, Panama City, Valdosta, Langley, 6 years total in Japan and Europe, and now beautiful Lynchburg VA.
My "job" was to manage our out-of-state rental properties and to manage the job site when we built our custom home with 3 separate wings, 11 architectural ceilings in southern Georgia.
I have certification in real estate development (Cornell U), along with REALTOR(R) and broker licensing. Related business degrees are in finance (FSU), and a master’s in accounting (LU).
As Fitch Commercial LLC, I specialized in commercial for SBOs.
I have vast experience in residential, especially luxury.
