A little background on my knowledge of architecture, construction, property management, commercial and residential real estate:

47 years ago, I followed my husband from UT-Knoxville to San Antonio and Wichita Falls, Alamogordo, Phoenix, Panama City, Valdosta, Williamsburg and Lynchburg, and 6 years total in Japan and Europe, often purchasing homes along the way.
When we built our custom home with 11 architectural ceilings in southern Georgia, my job was to hire contractors, learn from their supervisors & to order materials. My job was also to manage our out-of-state rentals.
I have certification in real estate development (Cornell U), along with REALTOR(R) and broker licensing. Related business degrees are in finance (FSU), and a master’s in accounting (LU).
As Fitch Commercial LLC, I specialized in commercial for SBOs.
I have vast experience in residential, especially luxury.
